瑜伽抱枕 - Celestial

The rectangular shape stays perfectly in place during my restorative practice, unlike round bolsters that always roll away. The cotton cover is soft enough to rest my face against in child's pose without irritation.

Used this under my knees during a long yin session and the firmness is spot on, soft enough to sink into but it doesn't flatten out. The cover has a nice grip so it stays put on the mat instead of sliding around mid-pose.

I was worried a bolster would feel too firm, but this one has just enough give to support my lower back in reclined poses. The size is perfect for straddling during restorative twists, and it hasn't flattened out after a month of daily use.
