瑜珈軟木滾筒

I’ve had tight calves for years and this roller finally gets deep into the knots without me having to stop every few seconds. The high-density cork gives that firm, consistent pressure that actually makes a difference, and it holds up well even with daily use.

The density is perfect—firm enough to really dig into knots without feeling like concrete. Been using it after runs and my hamstrings finally feel less tight. No weird cork smell either, just a solid, functional roller.

I was skeptical about cork being too hard, but the density actually gives a steady, even pressure that my foam roller never managed. Twenty minutes on my quads after a long run and the tightness is just gone.
