瑜珈磚

Used this under my hips during pigeon pose and the cork grip keeps it from sliding on my mat. It's dense enough that it doesn't squish under my weight, which is exactly what I needed.

I was worried cork would feel too hard under my hips, but it actually has a slight give that makes supported bridge pose way more comfortable. The edges are rounded too, so nothing digs in.

The cork version has just the right amount of grip—even when my palms get sweaty in downward dog. It's sturdy enough to support deep stretches without sliding.
